This was my second CASO meeting. It was a  different experience compared to the first meeting during March in South Africa. Personally, I found this meeting much more meaningful and contributive compared to the first one,  as we at work package 2.2 had lots of feedback to provide which strengthened our work that was implemented during the year. It was also a great opportunity to strengthen personal views and opinions based on what the CASO projects are aiming to do.

What was probably the most positive experience was the fact that one’s own horizons are being challenged even after years in the academic profession.  A huge thanks must go to the CASO consortium for this opportunity as well as the staff from the Karel De Grote Hogeschool for hosting us at this amazing facility and beautiful city of Antwerpen.

A definite highlight of the trip was seeing the Springboks playing at Stad de France and then seeing the Red Devils trumping the Icelanders on the football field.

Thank you CASO for many great experiences!!!
